Allcare Home Health Agency provides care for adults of all ages.

Who conducts Allcare Home Health Agency assessment?

Our registered nurse does all of our home health assessments.

Can we meet the caregiver before we start services?

Yes. If time permits, it is always a good idea for a face to face meet with several caregivers so you can choose the person that will best suits your needs.

Will Medicare pay for home health aide service?

Medicare pays for a home health aide service only when the patient is receiving skilled nursing services as well. In most cases Medicare will not pay for a home health aide service by itself (Unfortunately we’re not Medicare certified) .

What are your rates for service?

Our rates depends on the level and duration of care required to provide proper care for you or your loved one.

What payment methods will Allcare Home Health Agency accept?

Private Pay: ACH withdrawal or cashier check
Insurance: We accept most long-term care insurance
Medicaid: We bill for Medicaid programs
VA: We bill VA medical only if services are authorized through our agency

How does billing work?

We send out an invoice to you or your loved ones, or your long term care insurance company weekly.

Do I have to pay the caregiver directly?

No, it is never your responsibility to pay the caregiver. Allcare Home Health Agency handles all caregiver pay directly.

Should I hire my own aide directly?

Hiring an aide on your own can be risky undertaking and may cause unnecessary financial and personal risks for you and your family. How can you check their background and their experiences? What if they cannot make it to work as agreed? When you work with Allcare Home Health Agency we will thoroughly interview and screen (conduct background checks) our aides. We have on-call aides available for an emergency. We are also bonded and insured for any eventualities.
